My name is Stephanie Jones(owner of this website) and I’m from , . I wanted to share my weight loss story with you because I know other people were struggling with the sames issues I was struggling with. As a working mom, I know that losing weight, and keeping the pounds off can be next to impossible. Between taking my two girls to school, activities, and then adding my own work on top of everything, eating right is not always in the forefront of my mind. I make sure my girls eat healthy, but sometimes it is quicker for me to just go through a drive-thru than to cut up a bunch of veggies to have with me as I run here and there.
This is my story. After having my first little girl, who is now 8, I was able to lose all but about 15 pounds of my baby weight. When I got pregnant again, I just added more to that. It has been almost 6 years since I had my youngest, and I have added 38 pounds to my body from when I was in my early 20’s. That really hit me recently as we were buying new dresses for a Christmas party that is coming up. My girls were trying them on in the same room as me, and none of the dresses fit me. When they did fit me, I couldn’t believe the size it was and I just looked lumpy. Here are some pictures:

My oldest daughter asked me what was wrong, and I realized that I was just unhappy with my body. I never slowed down enough to really take that into consideration until that day in the dressing room. I knew something needed to change, but I wasn’t sure how I could do it.
Losing 36 pounds was easier than I thought it would be. I ended up using a combination of 3 diet supplements that I saw on TV, I didn’t need a trendy diet to lose the weight. I ordered the supplements,but not the meal replacements. I just couldn’t bring myself to do it,since I have irritable bowel syndrome…subject to severe diarrhea or long-lasting constipation, whichever way the moon shines. I never know what the morning will bring. I just didn’t want to wake in the middle of the night, having had a messy, uncontrollable BM. Tell me that won’t happen!

Question; Once you lose the weight that you would like to lose, do you have to cont. to take all of these helpers? What if you stop taking them? Will the weight come back? I just placed a order for all three and I can’t wait to get them I am form Quarryville PA and I am going to SC in April and I would love to lose some weight befor I go.

Started taking the berry and colon cleanse 3-08-09. Do you take in certain steps or just every day as it recommends, to get best results?

I heard about so many diet program that people promiss if you try , will make you lose weight, and I have never yet found one that help me. How Do I believe thaat is the one? I spent hundreds of dollars, nothing seems to work. I have throid, underactive. I have heard all of the gemics and make believe stories. prove to me that this really works.

hi stephanie.iam so glad i came across ur page. ive been going crazy trying to fgure out what acai berry diet is the rite one.i already ordered acai berry.started sun the 8th.but i only take one becuz they r so strong.i just barely ordered the colon cleanser from ur site. i had ordered one called lifecleanse but it ended up being another diet supplement.so i cancelled it.i live in toppenish but work in yakima.do these have anything in them that make u feel jittery?
